Back again, but gently.

It's time to run some more. I hope the tendonitis in the foot has cleared up, the spider bite should hopefully get better and I think the weather is getting nicer.

Now, can I really get ready to run a half-marathon is the next three weeks? Ha! I think I'll be volunteering that weekend.
